Repatriation Flight Jakarta to Delhi on 02 July 2020 (Rescheduled to 03 July 2020)

Garuda Indonesia is operating a charter flight GIA-8250 from Jakarta to Delhi in which a limited number of seats are available for Indian Citizens / OCI card holders. Interested passengers may please send a registration email to cons.jakarta@mea.gov.in providing all the details as listed below.

Those who send the complete details as listed below by email only will receive a link back on the same email ID in a few hours. This will contain directly generated online form made by “Trips Exotica” for filling in the information and processing of payment.

The cost of the ticket is approximately USD 390 per adult for Economy Class and USD 1020 for Business Class. Balance details will be provided in the link. Please note that as of now Medan is a technical halt for fueling and does not have boarding of passengers.

The cut off time for the payment is 1600 hrs 30 June 2020.

Kindly Note:

Embassy of India, Jakarta is only facilitating the repatriation of stranded Indians for a previously arranged flight that is being routed through Jakarta.

Due to limited availability (approx. 30 vacancies), seats would be allotted on a “First come first serve” basis as generated by the system/ payment link.

The Embassy has no role in payment or refund issues, ticket issuing or other aspects related to this itinerary. These are to be clarified directly with the ticketing agency.

The link sent to individuals by email is specifically for them and is not to be circulated through any means of social media. In case someone receives the link and does a payment/ booking without receiving the email from the Embassy official email ID cons.jakarta@mea.gov.in that ticket is liable to be deemed null and void and the Embassy will not entertain any disputes or clarifications in this regard.

Covid test done (valid for 72 hrs): “I will undertake COVID Rapid Test at my own expense 72 hours prior departure of the flight and am also willing to undergo RAPID/ SWAB/ PCR Test at my own expense on arrival at Delhi if required by local authorities”

Willingness to quarantine : “I am willing to undergo institutionalized quarantine at my own expense as per requirements of Delhi State Government”
