Subject: Advisory on repatriation flights to India

To Whomsoever It May Concern

This is further to our advisory dated December 22,2020, regarding repatriation flights being jointly arranged by India Community organisations namely, India Club Jakarta, Indonesia Tamil Sangam and Kerala Samajam Indonesia.

2 The organisers have informed that their flights for January 05,2021 and January 06, 2021 for Jakarta- Delhi- Jakarta and Jakarta- Chennai- Jakarta have been postponed due to temporary closure of borders for all foreign nationals starting from Jan 1,2021 to Jan 14, 2021. The organisers have provided the following revised schedule:

3. The above dates may change due to unforeseen events such as non-lifting /imposition of travel restrictions.

4. Details of the flights will be available on the websites of www.indiaclubjakarta.org,ww.indonesiatamilsangam.com and www.keralasamjamindonesia.com) and social media handles of the organisations. Interested persons are advised to visit the websites and social media handles of the aforesaid organisations.

5. The Embassy will facilitate the process of flight clearance once all the particulars are finalized subject to the flights’ and passengers’ adherence to Government guidelines.

6 Indian nationals and OCI card holders who need to visit India for emergency or pressing reasons are advised to follow Embassy website and Embassy social media handles for information regarding future repatriation flights to India from Indonesia. People are advised to exercise due caution with regard to sharing their personal particulars with any agency that claims to be organising charter flights without having the No Objection Certificate from Government.
