Documents to be submitted by AIESEC applicants for visa

Following documents are required to be submitted by AIESEC applicants for visa:

1. Indian Visa online form (Indianvisaonline.gov.in)
2. Original passport & coloured photographs 5cmX5cm or 2 inch X 2 inch (2pcs) white background.
3. AIESEC Indonesia Acceptance letter (with clarification of visa type and all terms and conditions)
4. AIESEC India Acceptance letter (with clarification of visa type and all terms and conditions)
5. Company/Institution acceptance letter with all terms and conditions
6. Parents’ permission letter, mentioning that parents allow the applicant to do AIESEC programme and financed by parents, if need be, according to the situation
7. Copy of flight tickets (to and fro)
8. Parents KTP/Passport photocopy
9. Last transcript of University
10. Curriculum vitae
11. 3 months bank statement of parents with sufficient funds
12. Family card
