Embassy of India, Jakarta has migrated to online mode for providing Misc. Consular Services from 15.02.2021.
Please check the required documents, fees, etc. for particular misc. service without registering on eCCSS portal. Once you are sure that you would like to avail particular Misc. service, please follow the steps given below:
Signup and create your account using the New User Tab. Activate your account using OTP received on your registered email ID. Please login into your account and apply for the required service. User can also avail multiple services with the same account. After selection of the service, please upload the necessary documents on eCCSS portal. Link to documents required for various services is https://www.indianembassyjakarta.gov.in/pages-Misc.ConsularServices.
On successful submission of the documents, an electronic acknowledgment will be generated, which the applicant can print after logging in to his / her account.
After scrutiny of the documents by the Embassy, the applicant will receive a confirmation for payment of fees, which can be seen on dashboard of his/her account.
On receipt of confirmation for payment of fees, the applicant is required come to the Embassy with the original documents and passport, have them verified, then proceed to pay the required fees in cash at the SBI Indonesia Bank counter in the Consular Hall in the Embassy premises.
