Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd. (NINL) is a 1.1 million tonne integrated Steel Plant located at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex, District Jaipur, Odisha, India promoted as a Joint Venture of Central Public Sector Enterprises viz, MMTC Ltd., National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., MECON, BHEL and Public Sector Enterprises of Odisha State viz. Industrial Promotion Investment Corporation Ltd. and Odisha Mining Corporation.

2. Pursuant to Cabinet decision for Strategic Disinvestment of NINL, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) has issued Preliminary Information Memorandum (PIM) covering Global Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) on 25.01.2021 and the PIM/EOI is available at the website of DIPAM (www.dipam.gov.in), Ministry of Commerce and Industry (www.commerce.gov.in), NINL (www.ninl.in), MMTC (www.mmtclimited.com) and Transaction Adviser, M/s. SBICAPS (www.sbicap.com). The last date of Submission of EOI is 29th March 2021. The Preliminary Information Memorandum (PIM) as well as salient features are also enclosed herewith.

3. Information is disseminated to concerned industrial bodies/associations & establishments and other relevant forums to encourage/attract wider participation from potential bidders against the subject Expression of Interest (EOI).
